Open the driver's door , and on the driver's end of the dash is a plastic removable cover panel covering the fuse panel . I don't find the cover to be very easy to remove but there is an indentation in the end of the dash located by the middle of the cover panel . Use a finger or two to pull the cover panel back until the prong releases and then work your fingers along the top of the cover and pull the cover straight back and then do the same at the bottom to release the two prongs at the back of the cover , then remove the cover Helpfull
