In a 1998 Lincoln Navigator, the throttle position sensor (TPS) is located on the throttle body, which is found in the intake manifold. The sensor monitors the position of the throttle plate and sends this information to the engine control module (ECM) to regulate fuel injection and engine performance. To access it, you typically need to remove the air intake duct and possibly other components for better visibility.
Hi, Relays generally have the schematic printed on them. Peace, crigby
Trouble code P1121 means: Throttle Position Sensor A Inconsistent With MAF/MAP Sensor
whats the firing order for a 2003 Lincoln ls?
The trouble code P2107 on a 2006 Lincoln LS indicates a problem with the throttle actuator control system, specifically a throttle actuator control input circuit malfunction. This can be caused by issues such as a faulty throttle position sensor, a wiring problem, or a malfunctioning throttle body. It's important to diagnose the specific cause to address the underlying issue properly. Repairing or replacing the affected components should resolve the code and restore normal vehicle operation.
The throttle actuator on a 2006 Lincoln LS is a critical component of the vehicle's electronic throttle control system. It regulates the airflow into the engine by adjusting the throttle plate position based on input from the accelerator pedal and engine management system. This electronic control enhances engine response and fuel efficiency while reducing emissions. If the throttle actuator malfunctions, it can lead to performance issues or warning lights on the dashboard.
To change the throttle position sensor (TPS) on a 1995 Lincoln Mark VIII, first disconnect the negative battery cable to ensure safety. Locate the TPS, which is mounted on the throttle body, and unplug the electrical connector. Remove the two screws securing the TPS, replace it with a new sensor, and reattach the screws and connector. Finally, reconnect the battery cable and check the sensor's functionality.

it is located on the back of the throttle body driver side position

Starting 2006 model Lincoln Navigator there is no IAC used. I spent hours on the internet including Youtube and finally bought a repair manual and for $23 I got the answer! The Throttle Body has the Throttle Position Sensor TPS included or you can replace the TPS only.
