The fuel rail has a valve on it, but I don't know too many people that bother with it. Most that I know including myself just go after the filter. You'll get wet to a certain extent no matter what.

On a 1974 Pontiac Firebird, the trunk can be opened using a key in the trunk lock located on the rear of the vehicle. Alternatively, there is a release lever inside the car, typically found near the driver's seat or on the floor near the door. Some models may also feature a release button on the dashboard. If the vehicle has a rear seat pass-through, it can be accessed from the cabin as well.
Depending on the motor you can press on the fuel rail pressure release valve. If gas sprays out, it's not the fuel pump.

Most of the newer GM cars are set up so that it's fairly easy. Turn the key on. Push the accelerator pedal all the way down and release 3 times. It should now be reset.
No air release. there is a high presure and a low pressure valve, these are used for filling refrigerant, checking pressures, and evacuating the system.
Pontiac 1993 vehicles have been known to have Fuel Pressure Regulators that when they fail, they will release too much fuel to the intake and therefore produce erratic or Idle up and down. Also, the erratic Idle can be caused by a air pressure leak located as part of the Emissions system.
When installing a new liquid propane cylinder on a forklift, the pressure relief valve should be pointed away from the forklift and any potential sources of ignition. This positioning helps ensure that, in the event of a pressure release, the propane is directed safely away from the operator and the vehicle. Additionally, it is important to follow the manufacturer's guidelines and local regulations for proper installation.
The fuel pressure regulator controls fuel pressure at the fuel injectors. It uses vacuum pressure to control the pressure. It is positioned on the end of the fuel rail. If they leak, fuel will go into vacuum line causing hesitation on start-up and the smell of gas at exhaust. Warning, Fuel is under pressure. Disconnect battery and release pressure before replacement.
Pressure in a pipe can be reduced by increasing the pipe's diameter, which decreases fluid velocity and results in lower pressure according to the Bernoulli principle. Additionally, installing pressure relief valves can help manage and release excess pressure. Incorporating bends or fittings can also create resistance that reduces pressure. Lastly, decreasing the flow rate through pumps or valves can lead to a reduction in pressure within the system.
