On back of radiator on drivers side. May use a socket, but also has flat spot for wrench or fingers (don't recall right size socket something like 16 or 17 mm or 3/4 inch. ) Plastic air dam may be removed, or bent slightly out of way to access easier.
Locate the plug on the bottom of the radiator to drain it. Put some radiator cleaner in and drain it again.

There is a drain on the lower right of the rad. If you can't get to it, pull the lower hose.

This should happen automatically. Are you losing coolant, is the cooling system leaking somewhere? Have you just changed the coolant? Unless there is a leak, the system should purge by itself.

There may not be one, My 2000 Lumina has a plug on the lower drivers side of the radiator that can be replaced with a petcock. Rather than do this I removed the lower radiator hose to facilitate flushing the cooling system.
