Hi I just replaced my fuel filter on my 07 Ranger XLT. You will find the fuel filter next to the frame rail under the truck by the drivers door. You will have two plastic clips one one each side just pry them up gently and the fuel filter will come out. Be carfull and watch your eyes because you will loose some fuel once the filter is loose. Have some rags handy. The whole process takes about 5 min.
