Where is pollen filter Nissan qashqai?

'Bois Troedrhiw' have done this job..we looked for information and with none forthcoming we hope this will assist in what is an invovled operation..

1.On the passenger side remove all the screws holding the glovebox, seven in all

2.The edge of the dash has a plastic panel which holds the airbag switch, gently and firmly prise it off, this allows you to see in..

3.Now firmly dettach the glovebox which is also held in place by body clips..TAKE CARE with the glovebox light bulb holder..

4.On the very bottom you find a soft plastic type cover it will not come out till the box is removed so do'nt rip it , it is held in place with two plastic centre location clips..

5.You will now find a large duct pipe which was under the box but above the soft plastic..remove this.. held by a couple of screws.

6.On the heater itself is a smaller duct pipe which feeds air to the glovebox..remove this.

7.Next be careful with this...remove the control unit fixed to the heater itself which does the air control to the n/s footwell...it will help to mark it's position in relation to the two gears..

8.Finally you will notice where the heater locates to the bulkhead covered by a plastic access flap the pollen filter location...

9.Like all true instructions 'replacing is the reversal of the removal'
