I beleave that it is a WSP or wheel speed sensor. diffrent trim levels are on diffrent wheels.
NEW ANSWER: It is bolted on the drivers side transmission tailshaft with 1 bolt holding it in place. It will have an electrical connector pluged into it. The tailshaft is the back part of the transmission were the driveshaft goes into it.
