It is located under the dash on the drivers side. between the fresh air vent and the firewall. It should be mounted in a clip, mounted to the backside of the vent. Very difficult to get to.
look for the round silver or chrome cylinder that plugs into the fusebox.
Look in the fuse box, it's the round silver thing that plugs in.

There is a flasher unit under the dash at the fuse panel but there is also a flasher relay PAC in the trunk just ahead of the spare tire mount. If you replace the underdash unit and it still don't work then check the connections to the relay PAC in the trunk. If that looks good then the relay PAC is bad. New electronic units are still available.
The fuse box is located behind the Right hand kick panel.
Mounted on the engine block drivers side below the P/S pump.
