The alternator will move in and out to tighten the belt and the PS pump will do the same
Since There is no tensioner pulley you have to loosen your alternator.
In the power steering reservoir located on top of the power steering pump. No pump then it has manual steering.

Begin by loosening the tensioner pulley. Slide the tensioner pulley to the right. The power steering belt will become loose and can be removed. Put the new power steering belt on and tighten it by sliding the tensioner pulley to the left.
Loose power steering belt/worn power steering belt/defective belt tensioner.
The power steering is driven by the serpentine belt which must be changed by releasing the tensioner, located below the alternator. The only other belt is for the A/C compressor.
Everything runs clockwise. Belt is located under the tensioner.
Locate the reservoir, follow the hose, you will see it.
oil filter is located on the engine block under the power steering pump.
The power steering in a Pulsar is belt driven. Once you locate the power steering belt under the hood, the tensioner will allow removal.
Loosen the tensioner pulley. Remove the power steering belt. Remove the power steering hose. Remove the power steering retaining bolts. The power steering pump will come off.
