It is located on the bottom of the oil pan. You must drain the oil first. Remove the bolts from the sensor. Disconnect the sensor from the sending unit wires. Then just fasten the new sensor, connect the wire clip to sensor and fill the oil back.
Optional, disconnect battery before installation to reboot computer and reset code.
