its going to be in the intake stream. close to the throttle body. it will have a plug with 2 wires. looks like it plugs right into the intake tube. to remove it, unplug it and pull it out. i usually use pliers , its only plastic so dont get crazy with it.
A 95 did not have IAT sensor
The IAT sensor is an integral part of the MAF sensor
You can find the 1995 Pontiac Firebird 3.4 liter engine IAT sensor on the back of your engine. The IAT sensor will be a few inches above the transmission.
The 1995 Nissan Pathfinder IAT sensor can be found in the air intake hose. The IAT sensor will be between the air filter box and the top of the engine.
You can locate the 2002 Ford Focus IAT sensor on the hose between the air filter box and the top of the engine. The IAT sensor will be labeled as such.
2002 models dont have an iat sensor
The 1998 Ford Explorer 5.0 liter engine IAT sensor is located between the engine and the air filter box. The IAT sensor will be on the air intake hose.
Iat / Idle air temperature sensor was not used on that year.

According to www . motorcraft . com ( no spaces ) the IAT sensor is a thread in type so it must be threaded into the side of the upper intake manifold - sorry I can't be of any more help
The 1995 model did not use a Idle air tempture sensor ( IAT ) Did not need one for that fuel system.
IAT= intake are temperature sensor ECT= engine coolant temp. sensor
