It is that square shaped part with the electrical connector right there on the front side of the air housing just a few inches from the clamp for the air filter. If you look inside there you will see the little wires on the inside... Just clean these with electrical cleaner.
If I may, Both are correct, But the best cleaner to use, because it is less abrasive, is CRC Mass airflow cleaner. The main reason for this Cleaner is, that little wire is a resister. you must be careful what you put on it, you can destroy the resister and most MAF cost 200.00 and up, so be careful there.
