The Mass Air Flow Sensor is located on the top of the box that contains the air filter. It is the black box that is on your front right as you look at the engine. It is a round piece that goes from the top of the box to the engine. It has a wire plug that attaches to the top of it. This is on the S model I imagine it is similar the the 2.5. If you are having problems with it, or have a code clean it first before you change it. It is an easy job all you have to do is take off the band clamps with a screw driver. Buy a can of MAF cleaner spray from the local auto parts store and just spray it out. DO NOT TOUCH ANYTHING ON THE INSIDE OF IT THOUGH. While in there change your air filter as well.
