Remove the engine cover plate (6 screws). You will be able to see the throttle on the right side aft on top of the engine. Follow the throttle body toward the windshield. It should be a little right of the center and toward the driver's side wiper (used as a reference). It has a 4 wire connector attached to it, but you won't be able to see the wires as they have a snap cover enclosing them. The cover can be taken off and you can see the wires. If you are looking for it to check your sensor, the tech manual I have tells you to use a multimeter and connect one multimeter lead to the 1st (or yellow) wire and the other lead to the blue/yellow (3rd) wire. With the key in the on position but the engine not running, you should see approximately 300 millivolts on the multimeter. Have someone press the gas pedal all the way down (or you can move the throttle yourself, all the way open) and the multimeter should go over 4 volts (dc). If it's low, unscrew the position sensor and rotate it clockwise until correct voltage is displayed. If you can't adjust it, replace it (from $100 to $200). Should not be hard to replace, but you will need an angled screwdriver to remove it.
