The Body Control Module (BCM) on a 1998 Oldsmobile Eighty-Eight is typically located behind the dashboard on the driver's side. You may need to remove the lower dash panel to access it. The BCM is usually mounted to the vehicle’s electrical harness and may be near the steering column or fuse box. Always refer to a repair manual for specific instructions and safety precautions.

I believe there is no 1998 Oldsmobile Delta 88 but there is a 1998 Oldsmobile Eighty Eight. The procedure is the same for the Delta 88 and the Eighty Eights - only the size of the side lock pin changes. If you lookup wiper blades by make, model and year, you'll get the correct parts with the correct side lock pin size. The 1998 Oldsmobile Eighty Eight has fairly unique "1/4" side lock" wiper arm attachments. See Sources and Related Links below for installation videos. Also, purchase the replacement blades first and there will be additional instructions/illustrations on the replacement packages. Its very easy.
Same as the one pictured here. Under Map sensor on passenger side of upper intake. http://autorepair.about.com/library/illustrations/bl795lib.htm
it is located in the upper housing of the air filter.
To deactivate the Passkey II security system on a 1998 Oldsmobile Eighty Eight LS, you typically need to use the correct key that has the embedded transponder chip. If you have a spare key, try using it, as sometimes the original key can wear out. If the system is malfunctioning, you may need to reset it by disconnecting the battery for a few minutes or using a diagnostic tool. If these methods don't work, consulting a professional locksmith or mechanic familiar with GM security systems is recommended.

I believe it is located underneath the front bumper.
The biggest difference is in the interior. The Eighty-Eight has a six-passenger seating configuration with a split bench seat up front and the gear selector on the steering column, while the LSS has a five-passenger configuration with the same front and rear seats as the Aurora, although with a manual lumbar adjustment in place of the Aurora's two-point power lumbar adjustment. I'm also under the impression that it has somewhat stiffer suspension than the regular Eighty-Eight. The LSS also includes a host of standard features that are optional on the Eighty-Eight, including 16-inch alloy wheels, a tachometer, electronic climate control, self-dimming rear view mirror with compass, and fog lights.
