It is found on the pass. side behind the dashboard under panel. You have 2 remove the guard under the pass. side dash first then then their are three screws you have two remove under the glove compartment with a 10m wrench. Then pull the guard forward just so that you can feel the ecm on the other opp. side remove the wireplugs a about three more 10m screws holdin the ecm in place an the ecu is yours.
