I have just replaced a crank sensor on a Citroen Relay Van 2.2HDI 2004, you cannot see the sensor from under the bonnet, neither can you see the thing from underneath the vehicle. It is located on top of the bell housing as 12 o clock position. You can only just get a spanner in there to undo the bolt with about a 1/5th of a turn avaiable on movement. It is a very tight spot and a fiddly job, but managable, even with hands the size of dustbin lids.
Somehow my sensor got destroyed either by fatigue, previous damage when I had a clutch go pop or something else, I'm hoping it isn't something else!

Bad ECM or ECM relay.
A crank shaft position sensor on a 1998 Honda Accord reads whether or not a the engine is spinning correctly. If there is a discrepancy on how the crankshaft is spinning the sensor will relay it to the ECU.

its not the crank sensor , cam sensor , o2 sensors , not the fuel pump relay, maybe the coil not sure tho
They dont have them. There are special tools to lock all timed pulleys ie crank/camin place, as it is a floating crank. You can of course make your own marks, but it is not advised, the tools can be bought quite cheaply online.
