HI, you will find the EGR valve connected to the back of the throttle body i am currently removing SC off my 1989 Ford Thunderbird
SC for cleaning the intake system . plus the EGR tube that goes to the exhaust was disconnected and well i have poor idle, vehicle running very rich on fuel, and when going fast vehicle bogs down like if it was missing fuel... suspecting the MAF is bad to, you will have to remove the supercharger, intake and exhaust inter cooler air tubes and throttle body there is two bolts to the EGR valve. GOOD luck.
