I'm working on it right now. It's good but turns and 4-ways not working. Oh, it's located under dash w/ fuses. It is held by a metal clip. You need to wedge it out of the clip. Connector is on engine side of relay. It's black.
It won't have a relay. Usually it is the switch, or the fan motor that goes bad.
