its on the cylinder head. just like any exhaust manifold.
On my 2000 E150 with 4.6L engine, the PCV valve fits in a rubber grommet in the center of the valve cover, with an insulated line running to the intake manifold.
if 4,6L Color is usually yellow or red egr - under manifold in rear O2 - rear back in axhaust manifold

It is located on the lower intake manifold on the driver side of the engine. It is close to the front of the engine.
it is located on the fender wall right beside the battery.
It is located/accessed from the engine bay, passenger side of the firewall.
Replacement parts to fix a manifold leak can be found at an automobile parts store. Most parts for the E150 can be found in salvage yards, also.
Its located behind the air cleaner housing assembly. You would have to remove that first, and it should be to the right side of the intake manifold, just a little lower.

I have a '95 E150 and a '96 E250, both are 4.9 straight 6 cyl. One has 1 O2 sensor and the other has 2, one on each half of the exhayst manifold. I believe the 96 has 2. but it is an E250, not sure about the '96 E150.
