In a 2004 Chevrolet Avalanche, the amplifier is typically located in the center console or under one of the front seats. It is part of the vehicle's audio system and is responsible for boosting the audio signal before it is sent to the speakers. To access the amplifier for maintenance or upgrades, you may need to remove the center console or lift the front seats to locate it.
A 2007 Chevy Avalanche will only have an external factory amplifier if it is equipped with a Bose stereo system. If there is a factory amp included, it will be underneath the center console.

There is a subwoofer in the center console, 2 speakers on the rollbar, and 4 in the dash (a tweeter and woofer on each side).
Most likely on a label inside the center console.
The Speakers get connected to the TV that the console is connected to. So yeah you can purchase a home theater and connect it to your HDTV and when you play the PS3 if everything is connected correctly you will hear it through a number of speakers.
No, it has audio inputs, not output. You would connect the speakers to whatever your source is (your computer, game console, DVD player...)
