THE TURN SIGNAL FLASHER IS LOCATED: FRONT SEATING AREA, DRIVER SIDE, DRIVER SIDE OF STEERING COLUMN, BEHIND DASH, MOUNTED ON LOWER RIGHT CORNER OF FUSE BLOCK.
One flasher in in or under the glove Box! the other in on the fuse box. in Most cars!
It's located directly under/behind the main fuse block in the glovebox. It's on a separate fuse block which holds flasher, door chime, etc.

Your question is a little vague and generic. I take it that you can get one turn signal to work but not the other. You probably have a burned bulb at one of the corners, check them first, Also know that a bulb can "look" ok and still be bad. Check them by changing sides. IF the bulbs are ok, then you need a new flasher. You can find them at any parts house. If you can't get your emergency 4-ways to work, then you also need a new flasher.

it is on the left hand side of the steering wheel on the same stick as the windshield whipers. by: kristin stark of orange, tx This is a strange spot to put the flasher unit for the turn signals...Open the glove box..look at the fuse panel on the left... It's in that dark hole to the upper left of the fuse panel. I had to take out the screws holding the fuse panel and move it down and out of the way. Then you get to find someone with a smaller hand/arm to feel up into this access hole. It's very tough to see. There are both the four way flasher and the signal flasher located there. Turn on the signal flasher and feel which one is ticking. (you can feel it) If the signal flasher is not working, turn on the fourway flasher and feel it so you don't take out the wrong one. Pay attention to the orientation of the terminal prongs so you will be better prepaired for the replacement of the new unit. Good luck...
