I just changed it, located upper right of stearing column. Take the screws out of the plastic panel under the column and rempve it. Take the screws out of the metal sub panel under the colmn and remove it. reach in to the right above the column and you will find it clipped off of a harness wire tied to a support. Not plugged into a fuse block or anything else that would make maintenance friendly sense.
