Turn signals will always be on the left side of the steering column. Four way flashers.. well, that depends on the model year. Either it'll be the metal Signal Stat bar under the turn signal controls on the steering column, or you'll have a switch towards the middle of the dash (typically, by the headlight and marker light switches).
