dont know if there is one but i think it's somewhere in the boot/trunk on the drivers side its worth a look
check under the back seat of your car
The fuel cutoff switch, on your 1998 Chevrolet Blazer, can be found on top of the fuel injector pump. The fuel injector pump is on the back side of the engine near the top.

It is probably the dimmer switch. The contacts in the switch will get pushed back and when you switch to dims they will not touch. Had the same problem on my 91 Nissan.
is it manual or digital, get back at me
in the brake fluid reservoir, somewhere along the back of the engine bay. the cap will say something like "brake fluid dot 4 only"
The cutoff switch on mustangs should be by the left taillight just remove the back liner that is held down by two retainers on both sides
remove pass.side kick panel on back wall. If it the same as 96 xj6
remove steering column cover, disconnect wiring connector from switch, remove retaining screw from back of switch, remove switch. that is not enough
Remove steering wheel disconnect Quick Connects unscrew switch and pull out put back in same way
fuel pump under back seat.lift up seat and ul find it.fuel filter under bonnet right hand side silver can 2 fuel lines run into it.
2001 it should be located PASSENGER SIDE UNDER THE GLOVE BOX TO THE RIGHT THERE IS A PANEL IT IS A BLACK SWITCH RECTANGLE SHAPED. MAKE SURE YOU TURN IT BACK ON BEFORE DRIVING
