The standard setup that Dodge has used in this generation of Chargers is to use an integrated fuel filter - meaning the filter is inside of the fuel tank itself.
If it is a gas engine the filter is in the tank and is not recommended till 100k. If it a diesel it is btw the engine and brake master cylinder on driver side of engine compartment
