IT IS LOCATED IN THE PASSENGER SIDE .INDISE THE CAB AGANIST THE FIRE WALL PLULL BACK THE CARPET OR PLASTIC SEE SMALL SWITCH PUSH ALL THE WAY IN FOR THREE TO FIVE SECONDS AND YOUR DONE. I found the switch more beside the trany hump on the passenger side up under the carpet hard to see.

I'm not a mechanic/technician but the 1995 Explorer transmission is a 4R55E (electronically controlled) transmission and the 1992 Explorer is an A4LD transmission so I don't think so .

Pull steering wheel, remove steering plate to access turn signal switch. There are two swings as you look down at switch that should be broken. Your Cam spring is broken. best to replace turn signal switch
change out the bell housing, ECU and motor mounts.. and your good to go
