It is right under the steering wheel under the panel. It's connected right under where the pedals are. It's on the left side connected.

You have a short current somewhere. You have basically check all wires around the blower, temp gauge and retractor.
You have to use a fuel pressure gauge. If you do not have it you can purchase it for about $40. You might want to call Autozone and ask if they have one to lease.
