To answer your question because your obviously blind there's a main fuse box that houses fuses such as (e.g. RAD, DOME, IGN, ect, ect, ect) which is located under the hood of the vehicle on the drivers side of the engine, it is a black box roughly 3x5inches in diameter and is located in front of the air filter. There's another fuse box inside the vehicle on the drivers side under the steering wheel which can only be seen by removing a very hard to miss removable panel. This answer is provided by a genius for a 2005 scion tc.
In the engine fuse box. 20 A yellow fuse.
In a 2005 Scion TC, the air conditioner fuse is located in the fuse box under the dashboard on the driver's side. To access it, remove the cover of the fuse box and look for the fuse labeled "A/C" or similar in the diagram on the cover. If you need to replace the fuse, ensure the vehicle is turned off before doing so to avoid any electrical issues.
