first off, dont drive drunk and you wont have to deal with this and you couldve saved me the time of answering this stupid question. the cost of a totaled car when you are drunk is nothing. the accident was automatically your fault, so you are screwed, to be nice about it.
the fuse box is to the right hand side of the battery. there is also a smaller one inside the glove compartment on the left hand side. you must pull out the panel that is ocated there.

in the glove box or under the seat
This will depend on your make and model. The best place to look is in your owner's manual.
In a Peugeot 106 Zest 2 (51 plate), the power steering fuse is typically located in the fuse box under the dashboard on the driver's side. You can find the fuse box by opening the driver's door and looking beneath the steering column. The specific fuse for power steering is usually labeled in the fuse diagram found on the cover or in the owner's manual. Always ensure to check the fuse ratings and replace it with the correct type if needed.
just pull it hard out the box. If it won't come pull it and try to give it a tap out or lever it at the same time.
