under the steering wheel
Mine is on the drivers side there is a door in the kick panel
look under the dash underneath the glove box.
No horn relays, but there is a fuse. The one in the lower extremity of the fuse box it is a 20V Fuse.
You can find a fuse box layout wiring diagram in the Haynes 1976 Firebird Repair Manual. The manual is available at auto parts and major book stores.
it is located in the fuse box under the hood on the drivers side
The only fuse box i know of on the 91 Firebird is located under the dash Above your left leg. I am not sdure if that is the same for all engine sizes and models. But i do know for a fact its located there on a V6 3.1ltr. Theres probably a door on it that's why you cant see it..I am assuming you looked..lol. If there isn't a cover on the fuse box then the fuses should be exposed. Good Luck with whatever project your trying to attack.
I have the exact same problem as u in my 87 firebird i dont know what to do
that is not a question It might be a co2 or compressed air container for the collapsible/inflatable spare tire that was available for the 69 firebird
the headlight relay will be in under hood fuse panel box on the driver side fenderwell
