The fuse box for 2004 Suzuki Vitara is located on drivers side just above and to the left of the brake peddle. You have to get on your back on the floor to see it. It houses the fuses for cigarette lighter, radio, tail lights and dash lights as well as others. They are labeled. Second fuse box is in engine compartment on passenger side...no idea what they control.

I just recently found a second fuse box on my 2002 ford escort zx2 it is located to the outside of the driver side dash above and a little to the right of the first lower fuse box located just inside the drivers door above the fuel shut off switch. However, I was actually lying down with my head on the floorboard before I found it. It houses audio, fog light, cig. lighter etc.. I never knew it was there until the other day. Hope this helps.

It can. Lighter colors will attract and absorb less sunlight and subsequent radiation and heat, but lighter colored houses will darker colored roofs will be more neutral, and it does not matter too much.
