I you have an owners manual it should have a picture of the fuse boxes showing which fuse is for what system and the location of the boxes. There are usually two or three fuse boxes in a car. One somewhere in the interior, in or around the dash area, and one or two more in the engine compartment. The horn fuse is usually in the interior fuse box. Some are on the edge of the dash to the left of the steering wheel (the door must be open to access it), some are underneath the dash (mostly older cars) and I've also had a car where I had to lift out the glove box liner to access the interior fuse box. If you do not have an owner's manual you can usually find them online in pdf form so you can down- load the file and print out the manual. You will have to go to Mercedes website and check for downloads for owners manuals.
