In a 2009 Chevy Express van, the fuse for the right signal light is located in the under-dash fuse panel, which is situated on the driver's side. Look for the fuse labeled "Turn Signal" or "T/S" in the fuse diagram provided on the cover of the fuse panel. If the fuse is blown, replace it with one of the same amperage to restore functionality. Always consult the owner's manual for specific details regarding fuse locations and specifications.
to the right of the steering column under the dash
The signal light flasher is located on the fuse panel. The fuse panel is mounted below the dash on the right side of the steering column.
More than likely you have a burnt out bulb at the front signal light, rear signal light, or brake light on the right side.
pivture to change right turn signal
If there is a light labeled right turn signal and it is red, you can not legally turn.
If only the right rear brake/signal light is effected it is not the fuse. Inspect the right rear brake/signal bulb, socket and wiring.
change the light bulb,
It is in the lower line coming out of the condenser coil. Remove right side (passenger side) turn signal . It's located behind the light.
The right side will have a burnt out/ missing light bulb.
You have a problem with your ground. A weak ground will always cause this type problem.

The turn signal flasher on all years of Chevy Celebrity models is on the fuse block. The fuse block is at the bottom of the dash to the right of the steering column.
