On the estate the fuse for the seats is in the fuse box in the rear loading bay on the LHS under the first aid box cover. It is a 30amp fuse. I believe the fuse box is in the trunk/boot on the sedan.

Look in your fuse panel on the passenger's side...it requires a 3 amp fuse and it controls both the power mirrors and cruise control. I just replaced on on my 90 Vette, now both work fine.
