It is located just below the right side headlight behind bumper and below the grill.To access it remove the grill and to do this you have to remove the left/right side marker lights two screws in each and then two screws behind each marker light that hold the grill.You will will need to remove the screws in the center of the grill about 3 and the several more that are at the top just behind the hood (when closed).Once done remove the horn clean the metal it mounts to and the horn electrical terminal,and use sandpaper or wire brush (good bare metal).Reinstall see if it works.If your pushing the horn button and hear the clicking from the relay(you should) and the horn still does not work it means you need a new horn.If no relay click,replace it and its mounted on the right hand side fender behind the battery has a three prong terminal near the charcoal canister for emissions and one screw holds it and gold colored.This should help and there is not a fuse just for the horn in the fuse box so you do not wonder if there is one.Ok
