The inside fuse box on a 90 300 is inside the driver's kick panel, just to the left of the pedals. It should have a cover and diagram on it. (By the way, if you do have the cover could you let me know which fuse is for the high mount third brake light?)

My 1990 Stanza has the fuse listing inside the cover of the fuse box.
In a 1995 Nissan 300ZX, the fuse box is located inside the passenger compartment, beneath the dashboard on the driver's side. You can access it by removing a cover panel near the steering column. Additionally, there is another fuse box located in the engine compartment, near the battery. Always refer to the owner’s manual for specific details and fuse diagrams.
There should be a fuse box inside of the car. like either on the side of the dash when u open the door or under the dash. When u find the fuse box it'll be 10amp or a 15amp ATC fuse. This should also be in ur vehicle manual if u have one.

Drivers side kick panel
The fusebox for front windscreen for my 1985 Nissan 300zx is just under the hood, near the battery. I hope this helps if Nissan didn't change things. It is a small black box with fuse sceme on top. Some of these boxes are located near a head light. The other fuse box is located by the footrest for you left foot.
The fuse box under the hood should say "fuel pump" on the diagram on the outside. If it's worn off, you'll have to look in the owner's manual.

The fuse for the abs in a 90 300ZX non turbo is located in front of the drivers side wheel, in the fuse box(marking on the lid will tell you which one it is).. it should be a 20 amp fuse.
