i have a 94 town and country and the fuse that runs my lighter is the one that runs the horn. it is located under the steering column. i have to get a flashlight and turn upside down to be able to see the fuses. i am not for sure the exact one but i do know that it is a 20. see if this can help you any.

I called the dealer and they said it is in the fuse box under the dash on the driver side by the left side pedals. I looked and see no fuse box
Try in or near the fuse box at the left of steering column on firewall?

I asked my dealer the same question and he said there is no fuse for the turn signals. There is a flasher assembley. If you think you blew a fuse check the flasher assembley but where is that?
