On the dashboard, drivers side. It's a little metal plate you can read right through the windshield. WRONG!! It`s on the driver`s door ,right next to the weather strip. Ford did that till 1980. If you don`t have one ,then someone changed the door or a new door was installed after an accident and no one changed over the vin. tag.
