There is a threaded pipe coming out of the right side engine block. It extends out and has a hex pipe cap on the pipe. Just unscrew the cap and it will drain.
The engine has a drain plug located on the engine block. Look closely and you will find it.

The cheap pos we bought from Walmart doesn't have a drain plug..must tip it on its side and drain it from the fill tube.
Check your spark plug, replace if needed, and set it so the spark plug gap is correct.
