The reset button on a Dream Gear controller is typically located on the back or the bottom of the device. It may be a small, recessed button that requires a pin or similar object to press. If you're having trouble finding it, consult the user manual specific to your controller model for precise instructions.

First, put a Pokemon in the Dream World on the Pokemon Global Link website. Once you're done with the dream world, "wake up" (it means take it out of Dream World) from in the game, and it should be your C-gear! If not, reset the game. You also have to choose the C-Gear you want on the PGL website.

To reset the code for your wireless gear Bluetooth, first, turn off the device and remove it from any paired devices in your Bluetooth settings. Then, press and hold the power button or the designated reset button (if available) for about 10 seconds until the LED indicator flashes, signaling a reset. Finally, re-enable Bluetooth on your device and pair it again, which should prompt you to enter a new code or confirm the pairing without a code. Refer to the user manual for specific instructions related to your device model.
"my gear" is just another name for the "mpal" button. anything that says should be in "my gear" should always be in the "mpal" button
On the 1985.5 and UP Porsche 944, the odometer reset button is just to the right of the instrument cluster set into the left side of the vent, disguised as a fin. Just give it a push and you're done. However, when these were assembled in the factory, the workers put a dab of grease on the gear to keep it lubed. The problem with this is that the plastic, over time, breaks down because of this grease, which caused it to crumble in your fingers. You would get in your car, drive away and hit the reset button, only to have it not work. Most folks would blame the fact the car/gears were moving when the button was pushed, but this is not the case. The fix for this problem is to replace the old gear with a newer NYLON gear. It's not a fix for the feint of heart as the whole instrument cluster has to be removed and the speedometer/odometer housing disassembled, gear put in, springs and gears realigned, (clean out old crumbled bits from the Odo gear being replaced) and then put back it all back together again. (Did this on two 944s. Not a hard job, just tricky). Once replaced with the nylon gear, you should have NO fear of pushing that reset button again.

It's the overdrive engage button, which is like a 5th gear. It only engages when the gear lever is in 4th gear and it can be operated without depressing the clutch.
