There are three on the front of the motor and three in the rear. most likely will have to remove air box to remove/replace them. Just go to distributer and follow wires to each plug

There are six spark plugs. They are located under the plug wires through the top of the valve covers.

under the coil paks on the valve covers
They are through the tops of the valve covers, remove the coils and access.
Maybe when they put the spark plugs in they were not gapped right or they maybe the wrong spark plugs.

Changing spark plugs is an important task. To do this, disconnect the battery and spark plug cables, and remove the old spark plugs. Next put in the new spark plugs, and reconnect the spark plug cables and then the battery.
V8 or V6?

On a 1999 Chrysler LHS, the spark plugs are located under the ignition coil pack, which is situated on top of the engine. To access the spark plugs, you will need to remove the ignition coil pack by unscrewing the bolts or clips holding it in place. Once the ignition coil pack is removed, you will see the spark plugs in the engine cylinder head. Be sure to use the correct size spark plug socket and extension to safely remove and replace the spark plugs.
