In a Ford F-150, the throttle position sensor (TPS) is typically located on the throttle body, which is found on the intake manifold. It is mounted directly on the throttle body assembly and is usually connected to the accelerator pedal via a linkage. Depending on the engine model and year, the exact position may vary slightly, so it's always best to consult the specific service manual for your vehicle.

There could be several reasons. Improper fuel pressure, a maladjusted throttle position sensor, a throttle plate that needs cleaning or a mass air flow sensor. But why would you want to guess when you can have it scanned for codes and then you would know the reason.
Possibly a throttle position sensor problem
The rear abs sensor is on the top centre of the differential. There is a small bolt that holds it in.
