its right on the throttle body itself, its black and has 2 bolts holding it on.
looking at the engine from the passengers side of the engine bay, it is the black sensor on the right side of the throttle body. it is on the opposite side if the throttle cable
Tp stands for throttle positioning the tps is located on your throttle body which you can find by following the air intake hose.
The throttle positioning sensor is located in the throttle body.

The Toyota Tacoma throttle position sensor is adjustable. There is an adjustment screw on the back of the throttle position sensor.
