You won't necessarily blow any seal. You will however destroy the engine if you overfill it enough as to allow the crankshaft to make contact with the oil. This will create a froth of oil mixed with air. And as you probably can guess air is a very poor lubricant. This mixture will cause engine wear and overheating.
Seal's scars result from a motorcycle accident.
It depends on which seal you are talking about, mainshaft or shifter.
A seal would win becaus a seal is a much larger animal and has teeth where as a turtle is a lot smaller and does not have as much power but a turtle can hide in its shell.
Blow-by is usually caused by worn piston rings that do not seal properly during the combustion stroke.
It's probably "blow-by", a condition where the exhaust gasses blow past collapsed rings. If you haven't kept the oil properly changed, you may have built up carbon around the rings and they may not be able to make a good seal. Once that happens, you get blow-by and you loose seals and have other problems.
You probably have a damaged fork oil seal, which needs replacing.
The price would depend on wheather it is a valve cover seal, oil pan seal, or a head gasket.

To find the answer divide 210lbs by 30lbs.The answer is 7 Raccoons would weigh as much as 1 x 210lb Harp Seal.
Yes and No. Blow by is caused by an inproper seal between the compresion ring's and cylinder's. And yes a broken choke pin can result in flooding the cylinder's with fuel which will result in scoring of the cylinder's and a poor seal. Did this help?
Possible bad seal or scarred balancer, or possibly pcv system not working. Remove the oil cap, and with the engine running, put your hand over the hole with the engine running. There shouldn't be much pressure, no pressure, in fact, just air moving in and out rapidly. If you're getting a buildup of much crankcase pressure, it can damage a seal and blow oil out.
You can make a paper gasket out of a cereal box that would be better than using Silicone -but if you can't figure that out use very little silicone.
