After a mere 3 years 10 months of use, my SPARCO brand laminator model 73503 stopped working. After contacting the vendor who sold it to our company, they stated it was out of warranty and could not be replaced/repaired by the manufacturer. Vendor further stated that I would have to buy another one. I searched online to no avail trying to locate SPARCO Corporate Offices. No luck with that. I scanned my now defunct laminator to find the "Made in China" sticker on the underside of the machine. That says it all. I'll never buy another SPARCO laminator. This is the same company who states in their brochure that this laminator "has been designed and manufactured to provide years of continuous service in a business environment." Who knew they meant only 3 years 10 months of continuous service.
