As the plugs wear, the gap increases and the spark fades, resulting it poor ignition eventually. This simply means reduced gas mileage. I have 60000 miles on my stock plugs with no reduction in gas mileage, but I plan on changing them real soon...

If it is a Hemi - it has 16 Spark Plugs if it is a regular 8 cylinder it has 8 Spark Plugs
It is best to go with the factory used spark plugs. The factory uses champions.
