because the glow plugs use 400 amps to heat up
i don't agree, you have two because of the tow package, your drivers go to your engine / vehicle and the passenger goes to your camper / trailer etc.
No, there are two because a diesel engine starter needs more power to crank. It is cheaper to use two regular batteries compared to one bigger capacity battery.
There are two knock sensors on a 2004 2500HD V8 6.0 Chevy Silverado. Both of the sensors are mounted under the intake manifold on the engine.
Is it a diesel? If so that is why. If not then perhaps it was setup to pull travel trailer of some kind.
It may or may not be.
old body style is the classic and hd is the new

The cabin air filter on a 2003 Chevy 2500HD is located inside the car. It is in the HVAC housing under the passenger side dash.
