To fix a dim instrument cluster and non-functioning indicators on a 1993 Lexus SC 400, start by checking the fuse related to the dashboard lights, as a blown fuse could be the culprit. If the fuse is intact, inspect the dimmer switch for proper operation, as it may be malfunctioning. Additionally, consider replacing the bulbs behind the instrument cluster if they are burnt out. If these steps do not resolve the issue, it may be necessary to examine the wiring or the cluster itself for further electrical problems.
To dim the lights on a 2013 Dodge Charger, locate the headlight switch on the dashboard, typically found to the left of the steering wheel. Turn the knob or slide the switch to adjust the brightness of the interior lights. For exterior headlights, ensure they are in the "Auto" or "On" position, then use the same control to adjust brightness. If you need to dim the instrument cluster lights specifically, there is often a dedicated dial near the headlight switch for that purpose.
You Will Have To Take To A Dealer. Best Of Luck

The instrument cluster lights have their own fuse. It's a 5 amp at the bottom center of the fuse block. When the lights are on, the radio draws lamp power from the instrument cluster. This allows you to dim the brightness of the radio display with the other internal lamps.
