The obvious answer is that the problem wasn't solved. You'll have to get under your car and look for the leak.

You could have a loose or leaking freeze plug.
There is no antifreeze in a refrigerator.
Look at the oil on the dipstick. If you have antifreeze leaking into the crankcase the oil will be milky.
I would check the hoses leading into your radiator, and also the overflow for antifreeze. If that is not the problem, it could be your heater core. Your heater core might be leaking, you might have a hose leaking
Antifreeze will be leaking in the floorboard on the passenger side, there will be a smell of antifreeze through the vents.

If the hose is leaking, replace it.
It means if you continue to drive it you risk the chance of doing severe damage to the engine. Have a mechanic check it now.
